Our story began in 1992, when Anthony spent his summers working alongside his father in construction, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for building and design. By 1999, this passion had evolved as Anthony pursued studies in art, architecture, and design, honing the skills that would one day drive his innovative approach. Fast forward to 2006, Anthony established DiLuzio Inc., an electrical company that cemented his reputation for excellence and craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, in 2017, Chris was appointed Vice President of Business Development at ‘Forealert’, bringing sharp business acumen and a strategic mindset to the forefront. By 2021, Anthony expanded his vision by launching Di-Build, a general contracting company that reflected his dedication to comprehensive, high-quality projects.

The pivotal moment came in 2022, when Anthony and Chris combined their expertise and shared vision to form The Home Team, a dynamic showroom and design-build hub that seamlessly united their backgrounds. By 2023, the home team had attracted partnerships with national and local contractors and vendors, establishing itself as a premier destination for integrated home design and construction services.

This three-decade journey of dedication, growth, and collaboration led to The Home Team becoming a beacon of design and building excellence, driven by a commitment to serving communities, fostering innovative, and exceptional client experiences.

    Anthony’s passion for building began 32 years ago, working alongside his father in construction. He founded DiLuzio Inc. in 2006, establishing a reputation for excellence, and later expanded into general contracting with Di-Build in 2021. In 2022, Anthony co-founded The Home Team, a design-build showroom and innovation hub that bridges industry professionals, cutting-edge technology, and seamless client experiences. His vision continues to shape the future of design and construction, making high-quality, integrated services more accessible and efficient.

    Chris’ expertise lies in business development, brand strategy, and partnerships, helping scale ventures that bridge industries. As Vice President of Business Development at Forealert, he played a pivotal role in driving growth and market expansion. In 2022, he co-founded The Home Team with Anthony, bringing his leadership in marketing, community-building, and industry engagement to elevate the company’s impact. His focus on collaborations with vendors, event programming, and expansion has helped establish The Home Team as a thriving design-build hub.

    HEAD OF OPERATIONS

    Lilian brings a hybrid approach with her extensive background in architecture, interior design, construction, and facilities management to The Home Team. Her recent projects include leading workplace design and expansion programs for prominent companies such as Nike, Google, and Adobe, culminating in a diverse portfolio of projects in the US and APAC. At The Home Team, Lilian leverages this expertise to seamlessly integrate strategic planning with creative environmental and branded design operations, ensuring that the company's vision of delivering integrated home design and construction services is realized with precision.
